Vmware announces new campus in Bengaluru
Here is some good news for India! VMware Inc, the global leader in virtualisation and cloud infrastructure, has announced a multi-year investment of $120 million that includes a South Bengaluru, currently under construction. VMware's India-based R&D and support operations are second in size and scale only to those at the company's headquarters located existing facilities in Bengaluru will be consolidated into the new state-ofthe-art premises, which will seat 2,700 employees when ready next year. The campus will accommodate new and ongoing product R&D, as well as a large staff supporting VMware's global operations and India's sales teams.
