Developing ‘Hello world’

The steps for the development are as follows: 1. Create an HTML page inside the www folder. 2. Modify the gava class MyPhoneGapActivity.java. 3. Add some permissions in the AndroidManifest.xml. 4. Deploy and run the application on the emulator.
