Wish to see more reviews in OSFY!
ED: Your feedback is indeed interesting and we would like to thank you for writing to us. Well, we have taken a note of your suggestions and we will try our best to give you what you want. It's all about balancing the diverse interests of OSFY readers, so you will find a blend of all sorts of articles for open source lovers in the magazine. I have been a subscriber of OSFY for over a year now. Just renewed the subscription for one more year, because you made an offer I could not refuse! I subscribe only to get the DVDs, so that I can get Linux OSs. Most of the articles go right over my head! Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised to read about Grub2 in the May 2013 edition. This is a must-read for all Linux enthusiasts. Also, there was a review of Slackware Linux. Personally, I feel that Slackware is for geeks. Installation goes well, but updating, upgrading and installing applications is a hassle for the average Linux user like myself. We are used to the Windows-like GUIs of Mint, Ubuntu and, to some extent, Debian. Anyway, that was a good review. I welcome more such reviews! I also wish that you would include a few interesting rare Linux Distros like Hybryde Linux: http://www.hybryde.org/site/index.php#myModal
