User interface

Tomahawk has a very simple and clutter- free interface. The control bar has been integrated with the main menu bar and playback can be controlled by the media control buttons on the keyboard. This makes Tomahawk much easier to control compared to other players. It has a very ordered layout with all the collections on the sidebar, where you can browse your local music database according to artists, songs, albums, recently played songs, favourites, etc. It also displays the number of times a track or artist plays and similar tracks from the Internet in a very intuitive way.
