Annual subscription

I’ve bought the July 2014 issue of OSFY and I loved it. I want the latest version of the Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and the programming tools (JDK and other tools for C, C+, Java and Python). Also, how can I subscribe to your magazine for one year and can I get it at my village (address enclosed)?
