Samsung India has reportedly started rolling out the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for Galaxy S5. It’s an over-the-air (OTA) update, and a notification pops up whenever the update becomes available. Users can also manually check for it by going to Settings > About Phone > Software update on the Galaxy S5. The update is about 875MB in size.

The Galaxy S5 has been the subject of much speculation as video previews on the Internet show the phone receiving better touch response after running the new upgraded OS. A recent report suggested that Galaxy S5 Mini will also receive the update in the second quarter of 2015.
