In­dus­trial Eth­er­net switches launched by Digisol

Digisol, a sub­sidiary of Smartlink Net­work Sys­tems, re­cently launched the L-2 man­aged din-rail in­dus­trial Eth­er­net switches—DG-IS4508HP, DG-IS4512HP and DG-IS4514HP --with four or eight 10/100/1000

Base TX POE ports plus two/four 100/1000 BaseF SFP slots. With high­end com­po­nents from lead­ing chip man­u­fac­tur­ers, the Eth­er­net switches pro­vide the abil­ity to con­fig­ure port set­tings, man­age net­work per­for­mance and mon­i­tor LAN for crit­i­cal is­sues.

The in­dus­trial grade switches are de­signed to stand up to the ex­treme tem­per­a­ture, surges, vi­bra­tion and shock in in­dus­trial au­to­ma­tion, gov­ern­ment, mil­i­tary and out­door ap­pli­ca­tions.

The units have a cor­ro­sion-re­sis­tant alu­minium case and dual re­dun­dant power in­put with re­verse po­lar­ity and over­load pro­tec­tion.

The three units pro­vide IEEE 802.3af 15.4W / IEEE 802.3at, 30W High Power PoE / IEEE 802.3bt and 60W Ul­tra PoE. The to­tal PoE power bud­get com­prises 120W (DGIS4508HP) and 240W (DG-IS4512HP and DG-IS4514HP).

The de­vices of­fer multi-cast­ing sup­port – 1GMP v1/v2, proxy and snoop­ing, multi-cast, broad­cast, flood­ing, storm con­trol, etc. The Digisol switches are avail­able via re­tail stores.
