Van­cou­ver’s road safety di­vi­sion as an ed­u­ca­tional drive to com­pellingly tell the cit­i­zens to cross al­ways at in­ter­sec­tions and prac­tice safety went in for a rather in­ter­est­ing OOH cam­paign. The agency Hot To­mali, built around the tagline ‘Peo­ple are Frag­ile’ by cre­at­ing a story like trail which is ran­dom thoughts that any per­son has while walk­ing on the streets were painted on streets, for in­stance – ‘Is that a new cof­fee shop? I’ll just run over and grab a grande skinny latte’. This trail led pedes­tri­ans to the in­ter­sec­tions from where they are sup­pose to cross and there on the road was stuck a Poster which said the need­ful ‘Peo­ple are frag­ile.
