Republic TV
Republic TV is an Indian Englishlanguage news television channel. It broadcasts from its studios in Mumbai and Bangalore. Created by former Times Now Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami, it was launched on 6 May 2017. It is owned by Rajeev Chandrasekhar, vice-chairman of the Bharatiya Janata Party-led coalition National Democratic Alliance in its Kerala wing, and others including Goswami, along with his wife Samyabrata Ray. After its launch on 6th May 2017, it took just one week for Republic to emerge from a new kid on the block to a leader of the pack.
“One main reason why Republic TV has become the number one channel is because we are able to move our resources really fast. And we primarily use Kaizala for this and it has become a tool of empowerment for all our people.”
