GTE also welcomed South Korea’s automated garment machinery major, Loiko. The company exhibited its Auto Jig Machines, Button Feeder Attachment, and Button Wrapping and Knotting Machines, on which they promise a Return on Investment (ROI) in 12 months.

“The Auto Jig Machine for collars, cuffs, pocket flaps, shoulder caps and trouser fly extension minimises three manual operations – marking, stitching, and edge cutting as it accomplishes these three steps in a single operation with perfect quality,” explained Shivalingappa ng, Director, Loiko Global private Limited.

The company also displayed its Button Feeder Attachment, which is its bestselling product. Its USP is that it does not require a skilled operator yet ensures doubling the production. If done manually, experienced operators can only attach 6-700 buttons per hour, but this machine achieves 1,000-1,400 buttons per hour. The machine received a good response at the show.
