Offering only genuine Italian products, Rotondi has been in the Indian market for over two decades with their Automatic Pressing Machines and Form Finishers. The company displayed the upgraded versions of its competent machines at the expo.

“The Automatic Pressing Machines do not require any skilled labour, just one helper to load the garment into the machine. It can press 1,000-1,500 pairs of denim trousers in one day. The perfect finish assures no rejections. The same job, if done manually, would need 5-6 men, each equipped with an iron,” said Santosh Lade, India Head, Rotondi. He also informed that the company has now tied up with TUREL group for sales, marketing and services in Western region of the country. A formal agreement was also signed in presence of company’s MD Davide Rotondi and Viraf Turel, MD, Turel

Group.

Rotondi has patented several programmes, such as stretching of waist band and length in its

Form Finisher, which memorises the size and length of the garment before washing and reproduces the exact length and size in the finished garment. On many other machines, this process is done manually, which often compromises precision.

The company lays stress on the use of original parts with original serial numbers, which ensures its genuineness, easy availability and correct pricing, and has trained technicians at its dealers who provide the best after sales service. “We have received a good response at the show and expect enquiries turning into good orders soon,” said Santosh.
