People appreciate your Counselling’s, put some light on it?

Fortunate enough to Complete Psychological Courses like: MA Psychology (Spl: Counselling), Diploma in HIV and Family Education (DAFE), Post Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Education and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Trained in 6 Sigma and AWS Cloud Computing from Amazon.com. I am also Part of Academic Counselling at IGNOU Hyderabad, Aurora School of Business Management Hyderabad, VIPSAR Indore and Many More. Member of Institute of Scholars (INSc), Bangalore.

What inspired you to pursue Counselling Psychology? Well, when I had joined Monster.com as a sales representative, it was part of my profile to understand the customers’ need before selling monsters services. Most of my clients were part of Recruitment Communities of various Placement Agencies and Multinational Companies. It became easier for me to sell services by understanding the Organizational Psychology which was part of Human Resource Management and Behavioural Science, the better I get with behavioural sciences, better results I used to get. This gave me a sign to proceed towards the branch of science related to study and modification of behaviour. Later when I had joined Chandigarh Group of Colleges, I have to interact with 1000s of young teenage students. This motivated me to study more about of Behavioural sciences and led me to join my Second post-graduation course in MA Psychology. While doing the course, I had discovered that I was more inclined towards the counselling part and not clinical psychology and had opted the counselling psychology and started my work in field of Mental Health Education like Nuero Marketing, Behavioural Disorders, Onco-Psychology, Burnout Syndromes, Frustration, Depression etc. While working with Many Psychological Institutes like Hyderabad Academy of Psychology, Jabalpur Medical College, I started having a very soft corner of people suffering from Mental Illness and Disorders and came forward to offer my free services for the people who are in need.

What is your favourite part of being a writer?

Words are powerful and leaves strong impact on the mind and heart of people. I love to interact with people through my poetic sense of view. I love to write and read poems and connect with likeminded people through my chain of thoughts. I am a data centric person who believes in visualising the data, so that people can understand my research.

What made you want to become a motivational speaker?

When I received opportunity to be keynote speaker in multiple schools, colleges and MNCs, I got to know that my ratings for public appears and talks are very good. People use to listen to me while I was performing stage or online appearance. They always complemented me that I have a problem-solving orientation and not just speaking in the air. Many of the authors and research scholars and researchers praised my work and this positive attitude and love of my audience inspired me to become a Motivational speaker.

Being an Author, Motivational Speaker & Counselling Psychologist what brings you to become a multitasker? How do you balance it?

Its all about Time Management. I always schedule my calendar tries not to mix with my personal and professional Interest oriented works. I divide my time based on priority and importance for work and other activities and I stick to it, apart from that I watch, listen and read and take training many online/offline materials/cpouses which comes from authentic sources to keep myself updated. Instead of reading Novels, I always prefer Text books and whenever I get time, I read them. With the help of my family that is my father and mother I am able to work as per the scheduled time slots for different activities.

Your message for Perfect Woman Readers.

Well, there is nothing impossible in this world. The word impossible comes from I'm Possible. One should keep this attitude towards life.

When talk about life:

Attitude = Value X Belief

Value your roots, family and tradition and believe in yourself and culture. A combination of both in right proportions will give you right attitude towards life. A person must have goal in life and must be goal oriented. Without AIM life is meaningless. When we talk about goal-oriented theory it is very important to measure what steps you have taken to achieve it. There comes the role of Performance Attitude and Capability. Performance = Capability X (Attitude)^2. I would always suggest doing right things at right time with right attitude. If you are able to do that sooner or later, you will achieve your goal. Always hydrate yourself with positive thoughts and keep working towards your goals.

Who is Your Perfect Woman? My Mother, Mrs. Rashmi Sharma Phillora
