Big Bazaar in its at­tempt to push the usual gro­cery and com­modi­tized prod­ucts keeps cre­at­ing in­ter­est­ing VM el­e­ments that in a sim­ple but ef­fec­tive way draw shop­pers. With the grape sea­son on, the re­tailer cre­ated a prop­erty called ‘Grape fes­ti­val’ and cre­ated a buzz around it by in­stalling this vis­i­bil­ity ele­ment. A pedestal with steps an MDF wood fix­ture was clad in vinyl with vi­su­als of grapes and the logo of grape fes­ti­val on which the SKUs were stocked. As for the header a square shaped roof made of sun­board was dis­pensed in the air which had cut outs of the grapes re­sem­bling them hang­ing in the vine­yard. And in the mid­dle was a grape shaped dan­gler, had the grape story writ­ten on it which gives in­ter­est­ing trivia re­lated to the fruit. In all this dis­play en­gaged, in­formed and in­spired thus lead­ing the shop­pers to pur­chase. This one was spot­ted at Big Bazaar, Mum­bai
