New Hol­land to ex­port 500 In­dia made trac­tors to Myan­mar

New Hol­land Agri­cul­ture, one of the lead­ing agri­cul­tural equip­ment brands glob­ally, has re­cently an­nounced to ex­port 600 trac­tors to Myan­mar through the Agri­cul­tural Mech­a­ni­sa­tion De­part­ment (AMD) re­tail sell­ing project ini­ti­ated by Myan­mar’s Min­istry of Agri­cul­ture, Live­stock and Ir­ri­ga­tion (MOALI).

As many as 500 of th­ese trac­tors are the 75 HP New Hol­land TT75, man­u­fac­tured in the com­pany’s Greater Noida plant in Ut­tar Pradesh. The other 100 trac­tors are 90 HP TD90 mod­els from New Hol­land Agri­cul­ture’s plant in Turkey. To reach this im­por­tant sales agree­ment with AMD, New Hol­land worked closely with Yan­gon-based Con­ve­nience Pros­per­ity Co Ltd (CPCL), its au­tho­rised dis­trib­u­tor in Myan­mar since 2012, which is a wholly-owned sub­sidiary of Yoma Strate­gic Hold­ings.
