Savvy - - Your Word - Diana Alfred, Kalyan

My office is in Dadar in Mumbai and I live in suburban Kalyan. Travelling in the local trains (Central Railway) is stressful as the trains never arrive on time. I read about the Japanese railway authorities apologizing to their commuters even when the train departed 20 seconds early. Such is the punctuality level in their country. Indian Railways should learn a thing or two from them. It will save many from unwanted delays and anxiety.
