Makes 10 balls


1 cup wal­nuts and al­monds

½ cup dates

1-2 tbsp unsweet­ened co­coa pow­der

2 tbsp des­ic­cated co­conut pow­der

1 tbsp co­conut oil (op­tional)


1. Coarsely pow­der wal­nuts and al­monds in a food pro­ces­sor and trans­fer into a bowl.

2. Re­move the seeds of the dates and chop into small pieces. Add to the nuts in the bowl and mix.

3. Add co­coa pow­der, co­conut pow­der and co­conut oil in the pro­ces­sor and process till well mixed.

4. Add this to the bowl with nuts and dates and mix well. Di­vide the mix­ture into equal por­tions and roll them into balls. Serve.
