Prac­ti­cal tips: Time your meals of the day - plan what you are go­ing to eat and when. Treat your snacks like meals. Pay at­ten­tion to the food you are eat­ing. Make sure you eat a sat­is­fy­ing snack – a mix of pro­tein, veg­gies and healthy fat. Stay hy­drated. Drink plenty of wa­ter through­out the day to curb your crav­ings. En­ter­tain your­self by read­ing a book, start learn­ing a new craft or im­ple­ment a yoga rou­tine.
