“Seven to eight hours of sleep is a must for me. There is noth­ing called ‘too much sleep’. When­ever I feel tired, I take a nap. It re­ju­ve­nates me and makes my skin glow.

“I usu­ally don’t eat after 8 p.m. But if I am crav­ing some­thing, I nib­ble on a spoon of peanut but­ter or drink a cup of milk. And I also ap­ply aloe vera and cu­cum­ber gel on my eyes. This helps me get good sleep.

“I usu­ally sleep on a hard mat­tress. It keeps my back­bone in great shape. I had a ter­ri­ble in­jury once while do­ing heavy dead­lifts and squats in the gym. My lower back went out of form. So sleep­ing on a hard mat­tress was my saviour. It re­ally helped me re­cover.”
