Actress Avantika Khattri shares her sleep secrets with Bhavana Choudhari.
“Seven to eight hours of sleep is a must for me. There is nothing called ‘too much sleep’. Whenever I feel tired, I take a nap. It rejuvenates me and makes my skin glow.
“I usually don’t eat after 8 p.m. But if I am craving something, I nibble on a spoon of peanut butter or drink a cup of milk. And I also apply aloe vera and cucumber gel on my eyes. This helps me get good sleep.
“I usually sleep on a hard mattress. It keeps my backbone in great shape. I had a terrible injury once while doing heavy deadlifts and squats in the gym. My lower back went out of form. So sleeping on a hard mattress was my saviour. It really helped me recover.”
