Fin­ger-lick­ing party foods!


Serves 4


300 gm whole pota­toes 100 gm ched­dar cheese 50 gm bar­beque sauce A pinch of crushed pep­per Salt to taste Olive oil as re­quired


1. Clean and par­boil the pota­toes. 2. Cut into half and scoop out the cen­tre. Mix equal amount of chilled ched­dar cheese and scooped pota­toes in a bowl. 3. Sea­son the mix­ture with salt and crushed pep­per. 4. Stuff it in the potato cav­ity. Mar­i­nate the pota­toes with the bar­beque sauce. 5. Ap­ply olive oil on the griller and grill the pota­toes. Serve hot.
