300 gm whole potatoes 100 gm cheddar cheese 50 gm barbeque sauce A pinch of crushed pepper Salt to taste Olive oil as required
1. Clean and parboil the potatoes. 2. Cut into half and scoop out the centre. Mix equal amount of chilled cheddar cheese and scooped potatoes in a bowl. 3. Season the mixture with salt and crushed pepper. 4. Stuff it in the potato cavity. Marinate the potatoes with the barbeque sauce. 5. Apply olive oil on the griller and grill the potatoes. Serve hot.
