Canon Launches New Ad Campaign

Canon

has launched a regional ad campaign titled ‘Weddings by Canon’, in key markets of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in the first phase. The campaign has been unveiled by Mammootty, who is reportedly, an avid Canon user himself.

Through this campaign, Canon says that it aims at reaching out to the “Just Born Couples” who are in the midst of planning one of the most memorable days in their life. The campaign highlights the role of the wedding photograph­er in capturing the wedding moments. The ad film has been shot in Kerala, with its mist-clad mountains, beaches and serene backwaters. Speaking on the campaign, Manabu Yamazaki, President and CEO, Canon India said, “India is a diverse country with vibrant cultures and weddings are the perfect epitome of the same moments that are worth celebratin­g and capturing.
