OM System Introduces M.Zuiko Portfolio

OM System has announced the M.Zuiko Digital ED 20 mm f/1.4 PRO (35 mm equivalent: 40 mm) lens. The lens features an 11-element, 10-group lens configuration consisting of Super ED, ED, Super HR and aspherical lenses. Zero coating is used to reduce lens flare and ghosting when working in strong lighting conditions. The compact lens weighs 247 g and when paired with the Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III, the system weighs 661 g. Sealed throughout, this lens offers IPX1 equivalent splashproof performance along with a dustproof and freezeproof construction to 14 °F. Fluorine coating on the front-most lens allows for water droplets to roll off and for dirt to be cleaned off. It features a minimum focussing distance of 25 cm and a maximum image magnification of 0.22x. The M.Zuiko Digital ED 20 mm f/1.4 PRO lens will be available from end of December, 2021 at an MSRP of USD 799.99.
