DJI Updates Firmware for Mavic 3

DJI has released a firmware update (v01.00.0500) for its Mavic 3 drone (for both iOS and Android users). The latest update can be installed using the DJI Fly app (ver. 1.5.8), enabling its users to access all the features that were promised during the launch of the product in November, 2021.

The update includes support for QuickShots (including Dronie, Rocket,

Circle, Helix, Boomerang, and Asteroid), Panorama mode, Burst Shooting, Digital zoom for Normal (N) video mode, increased sharpness when shooting in high magnification with Tele camera, colour display assist for D-Log profile, zoom and D-Log for FocusTrack, 4K/60p and manual EI adjustment for MasterShots, setting RTH altitude for Advanced RTH, QuickTransfer, colour correction, image area for Timelapse (Hyperlapse) photos, DJI RC Pro to output clean HDMI footage, DJI RC Pro to cache video and download original video to an external SD card along with a few bug fixes.
