Canon Honoured by TSMC
Canon has been honoured with the 2021 Excellent Performance Award, presented by global semiconductor foundry Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd (TSMC) to suppliers and partner businesses that made significant contributions to the company’s success.
The award was given to Canon in recognition of its contributions to TSMC’s semiconductor manufacturing business, which, reportedly includes the provision of semiconductor lithography systems that realise high-precision and productivity, as well as fast and flexible support.
