Pahuja Vinod Hotchand (an alumni of Bit, JJ school of Art and Architecture and creative Art institute), is a name to reckon, when it comes to architecture and design. The firm has created yet another innovative but pragmatic space for developer Manish Bathija in navi Mumbai, a part of the Paradise Group. Giving the perfect look to different areas for the Sai Mannat’s Club House, the firm has designed a dream project for Manish Bathija, who has named the projects after his beloved daughter Mannat. so it’s needless to say that the owner of Paradise Group, wanted it to be project that his daughter would have been proud of and could relate to it.
sai Mannat is designed as an ultra-luxurious project. explaining the design concept Ar. Vini adds, “We have recreated a resort style ambience, with various indoor-outdoor amenities. the UsP of this project is the 20,000 sq.ft. club house, where we have played with the aesthetics, space planning, as well as the interior and accommodated indoor badminton court, zumba room, card room, tution rooms for kids, music-art and painting room, a 40 seater theater with recliners, a banquet hall, two squash courts and much more”
sai Mannat has 1 lakh sq. ft. of podium landscape area, six. swimming pools, gazebos, a dedicated elevated jogging track, an open Jacuzzi, a Paradise for kids park and sai Baba temple.
He further adds, “this dynamic project avails a high-end lifestyle features that serve top-of-the-line facilities for every resident. the project is much more than promised, in terms of lifestyle and luxury adding a milestone to my career as well. this kind of overwhelming response and appreciation encourages me to set higher goals in creativity, which benefits industry and the customers alike.”
All in all, the architect have successfully attempted in creating an environment that is inviting and at the same time reflects its distinct identity.
