Students of the Gemological Institute of America’s (GIA’s) Graduate Diamonds (GD) Diploma programme received invaluable industry insights from Khanna Jewellers managing director Vijay Khanna at a special ceremony.

Khanna shared his insights on the global diamond and jewellery trade. “There is a definite need for qualified professionals in the industry. And GIA is one of the premier institutes that teach about gems and jewellery. I wish you all the best to begin your journey in our exciting industry,” he said.

“GIA courses provide a unique and relevant learning experience by combining hands-on learning with practical lessons. Growing consumer interest has propelled a need for diamond education. I’m pleased that GIA’s GD programme is bringing the most relevant and up-to-date information about diamonds to Delhi,” said Nirupa Bhatt, managing director of GIA in India and the Middle East.
