Tell us about the growth of the company since its establishment.
Since inception, the company has maintained a healthy double-digit growth rate. In the last two years, we have maintained a growth rate of 35%. We are grateful to our consumers and partner jewellers for their confidence and support in us.
What propelled you to brand loose diamonds?
When we surveyed the market, we found that the diamond buying experience for the consumers in India is very confusing and, at times, frustrating. Some of the reasons for the frustration are: • Lack of transparency • No uniformity in pricing • Lack of standardisation Gaining and maintaining consumer confidence for Divine Solitaires is of utmost importance. We stand by our product, its craftsmanship, and the fact that each diamond bought from us is a natural diamond procured from an ethical source. We provide this guarantee not only on big solitaires, but each and every diamond sold by us. Very soon we are going to launch a campaign that will boost consumer confidence in our brand.
We believe that you have a special certificate that grades a diamond on over 100 parameters vis-à-vis labs that grade a diamond based on 40 attributes. Please elaborate on the difference in grading reports.
