United Nations had declared June 21st as International Yoga Day in 2014 with the aim of promoting its multiple benefits on a global scale.

“Yoga is an eternal blessing from our ancestors which dates back to over 5,000 years. This is our second annual one-week workshop and we are delighted to see the number of attendees only increasing. With this workshop, we aim to contribute a drop in the ocean and encourage people to understand the significance of yoga and inculcate it in their daily lives,” said Binit Bhatt.
