How does it feel to have won the award at The Stardust Global Achievers Awards, London?

For me, the best thing about winning this award is when the people cheer for your win. When you see that the people are really happy that you are winning something, that’s the most rewarding thing in the world. Illustrations of TheStardust GlobalAchieversAwards boosts me up to move on with zeal and convert dissatisfaction into satisfaction - because this scenario always lack rewards to those who really deserve it. Being an awardee that too from Stardust makes me feel extreme glad.

You’ve had an illustrious journey, how did you kick-start your career?

I’ve always been loved and appreciated by the people around me because of my modus-operandi. I calculated and analyzed and I believe that the root cause of being very dear to my dear ones has made me this way. I could realize and kick start human philanthropy. I always thought of giving good and quality education to the coming generations, and it gave me inspiration that I could work and provide support to the needy and that moulded my career towards the same

Please shed some light on your work and achievements, awards and more?

The question is very short but the answer is really very tough because almost twenty institutions are being run by me as Chairman. I have made up my mind to square the circle in various fields by not minting money. what makes it worth it is the pleasant curve

on the faces of my loved ones. I’ve added an ‘excellence’ to my native Farrukhabad with several Institutions in the field of Medical, Education, Media and many more because of this thought of mine. I’ve been an awardee of so many renowned events on the National and International levels like The StardustAchieversAwards, Dubai, SocietyAchievers Awards, Mumbai, Gomti Gaurav Awards, Lucknow and now TheStardustGlobal AchieversAwards,London. I also joined the BRICS conference under the delegation of the former Prime Minister of India, Hon’ble Manmohan Singhji in Durban 2013, South Africa, and also accompanied the contemporaneous President of India, Hon’ble Pranab Mukherjee in 2015 to Stockholm.

What has been your constant source of motivation?

My constant source of motivation… is my father Shri Babu Singh Yadav, lovingly called “Daddu Ji”; who is known as ’THE GREAT ACADEMICIAN’. Ever since I know, I’ve been watching each and every action of my father thoroughly. I am just a follower and implementer of deeds of my father. my most deepest and earnest motivation is my better-half, Dr. Anita Ranjan, my daughters Samridhi Singh, Anushka Singh and Alishka. Words cannot express how grateful I am for all the sacrifices thye have made on my behalf. My father’s prayers for me is what that sustained me this far. ‘Thank you for being my inspiration where’er and whene’er I get stuck’. Indeed, they are the ones who still support my staggering legs.

What are your future plans?

Embellishing, smartening, glorifying and enriching my city Farrukhabad with advanced technologies through start-ups in several fields is my dream and I also want to do work for the upliftment of people who are excluded by society, – the same lead to my future plans.

What message would you like to give the young minds of our country?

If I mug the present scenario, the scenario has drastically changed and what I feel is… it should be pleasantly transformed as soon as possible, and the pleasant transformation is possible with pleasant minds only. Pleasant minds are possible with pleasant and moderate guidance... and hence moving to the pleasant world is possible. What I mean with the above lines is: curbing the braindrain to the maximum extent is extremely important to make that pleasant world possible.
