Pres­sure of work, meet­ing dead­lines, etc. can de­grade your work per­for­mance over a pe­riod of time. Pro­longed ex­po­sure to such sit­u­a­tions can lead to chronic stress, be­sides long work­ing hours can­not be es­caped. You might be a vic­tim of it (most of us are and don’t know). Ap­parel pro­duc­tion shopfloor is an ex­ten­sive work­place where re­spon­si­bil­i­ties like han­dling work­ers, hourly re­ports, pro­duc­tion tar­gets are there. Thus, stress for pro­duc­tion man­agers is high. Have you ever felt stress at the work­place? Un­der which cir­cum­stances did you feel stressed?
