IN­DIA: SARIKA TRAD­ING COM­PANY AIMS TO CAP­TURE THE LARGER CHUNK OF THE MAR­KET WITH ITS TROUSER HOOK AT­TACH­MENT MA­CHINE

“We re­alised there is a good de­mand for such a prod­uct. Peo­ple know it’s a sim­ple ma­chine and it is avail­able over­seas and for long, man­u­fac­tur­ers have im­ported such ma­chines at dou­ble the price of what we are of­fer­ing,” said Deepak Sharma, Part­ner, Sarika Trad­ing Com­pany.

The trouser hook at­tach­ment ma­chine is air- op­er­ated and de­signed to match the needs of trouser man­u­fac­tur­ers us­ing hooks of all sizes and is suit­able for dif­fer­ent pro­duc­tion meth­ods. This ma­chine can fix two hooks at a time and can fix up to 180 hooks in one hour. “We be­lieve in de­liv­er­ing fault­less prod­ucts to all our clients. To en­sure higher dura­bil­ity and long-last­ing life of the ma­chine, we have used the best qual­ity tools and other raw ma­te­ri­als,” said Deepak.

The ma­chine is quite help­ful in sav­ing man­power, which is be­com­ing an ex­pen­sive in­put in any pro­duc­tion process. The ma­chine can fix hooks in up to 180 trousers per hour and these hooks are more durable than the ones stitched with hands.

The var­i­ous parts of the ma­chine are im­ported from Ger­many and Korea but are as­sem­bled in Lud­hi­ana, by the com­pany. For timely and fast de­liv­er­ies to its cus­tomers, the com­pany keeps 4-5 ma­chines in store to reach out to them as soon as the or­der ar­rives.

Aiding the su­pe­rior pro­duc­tion of gar­ment ac­ces­sories and ma­chine as­sem­bling, Sarika Trad­ing has a ro­bust man­u­fac­tur­ing fa­cil­ity in Lud­hi­ana. The spa­cious man­u­fac­tur­ing unit is fur­nished with dif­fer­ent types of ad­vanced and pro­duc­tive ma­chin­ery and pro­cess­ing tools. “We be­lieve in spe­cial­is­ing in our prod­ucts.
