Ger­many: Karl Mayer launches its new brand KM.ON for dig­i­tal so­lu­tions reach

Lead­ing tech­nol­ogy provider Karl Mayer re­cently launched KM.ON, a new dig­i­tal brand for de­liv­er­ing dig­i­tal so­lu­tions at mar­ket leader level. KM.ON stands for dig­i­taldriven in­no­va­tions which brings to­gether the dig­i­tal so­lu­tions port­fo­lio of the Karl Mayer Dig­i­tal Fac­tory, a new soft­ware start-up and the en­tire Karl Mayer Group.

The dig­i­tal fac­tory is a pi­o­neer­ing com­pany that em­ploys a team of soft­ware ex­perts in a new, creative en­vi­ron­ment away from the main com­pany head­quar­ters. Karl Mayer has also ac­tively par­tic­i­pated in ADAMOS, a strate­gic al­liance of Ger­man global mar­ket lead­ers in ma­chine con­struc­tion and the soft­ware AG.

Arno Gärt­ner, Man­ag­ing Direc­tor, Karl Mayer said, “Digi­ti­sa­tion is a ba­sic com­po­nent of our com­pany strat­egy. On the ba­sis of the ADAMOS tech­nol­ogy and as a part of this net­work for de­vel­op­ments, Karl Mayer is liv­ing up with the prod­uct port­fo­lio of the new KM.ON brand and has claimed to be the global mar­ket leader in terms of dig­i­tal so­lu­tions”.

Mean­while speak­ing about the ob­jec­tives, Max­i­m­il­ian Kürig with An­to­nia Gottschalk, one of the Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tors, Karl Mayer Group com­mented, “This new ven­ture should de­velop ef­fi­cient dig­i­tal so­lu­tions quickly and flex­i­bly for the ben­e­fit of our cus­tomers and de­liver them un­der its own, new um­brella brand.” They added that these dig­i­tal so­lu­tions will fur­ther the pos­si­bil­i­ties of im­prov­ing the ef­fi­ciency of cus­tomer’s pro­duc­tion pro­cesses along with pro­vid­ing them un­par­al­leled com­pet­i­tive ad­van­tages.

KM.ON’s dig­i­tal port­fo­lio com­prises of eight so­lu­tion cat­e­gories called as k.ey which is a con­ven­tional in­dus­trial PC with an ap­pro­pri­ate soft­ware pro­vid­ing ac­cess to the so­lu­tions. This plat­form of hard­ware and soft­ware can be eas­ily in­stalled and links the ma­chines to the pro­tected cloud. More­over, the group has un­veiled the brand at this year’s ITMA ASIA + CITME 2018 be­ing held in Shanghai.
