JOHN MUR­RAY AN­NOUNCES FIRST STAGES OF THE CAM­PAIGN FOR STEPHEN HAWK­ING’S FI­NAL BOOK BRIEF AN­SWERS TO THE BIG QUES­TIONS

On the eve of pub­li­ca­tion, John Mur­ray will be host­ing an ex­clu­sive evening with the Guardian, a mul­ti­me­dia pub­lic event to cel­e­brate the re­lease of the new book, with Hawk­ing’s friends, fam­ily and very spe­cial guests talk­ing about the Big Ques­tions, Hawk­ing’s fi­nal work and his legacy. Tick­ets will go on sale week be­gin­ning 10th Septem­ber and pro­ceeds will go to the Mo­tor Neu­ron Dis­ease As­so­ci­a­tion and the Stephen Hawk­ing Foun­da­tion. On Wed­nes­day 17th Oc­to­ber, the Bab­bage Theatre in Cam­bridge will host a pub­lic panel dis­cus­sion on the Big Ques­tions and Hawk­ing’s legacy, with Hawk­ing’s peers, col­leagues, and other lead­ing aca­demics. Global news headlines on the eve of pub­li­ca­tion will be fol­lowed by a week of select in­ter­na­tional broad­cast me­dia ap­pear­ances from Lucy Hawk­ing.

John Mur­ray is also de­lighted to an­nounce that the Au­dio­book will be read by the award-win­ning Bri­tish ac­tor, Ben Whishaw.
