The Nikon Z series in­cludes two full-frame mir­ror­less cam­eras each, namely the mid-end Z6 and the high­end Z7. Both are pow­ered by the Ex­peed 6 im­age pro­cess­ing en­gine hav­ing a back­side il­lu­mi­nated CMOS sen­sor with fo­cal-plane PDAF pix­els and an OLED panel EVF hav­ing a mag­ni­fi­ca­tion of 100 per cent and 0.8 times with about 37-de­gree di­ag­o­nal view­ing an­gle. While the Z7 comes with a 45.7MP sen­sor sup­port­ing ISO 64-25600 range, the Z6 bears a 24.5MP sen­sor hav­ing an ISO range of 100-51200. The Z7 has 493 fo­cus points and the Z6 makes do with 273 that cover 90 per cent of the imag­ing area hor­i­zon­tally and ver­ti­cally. The eye­piece pro­tec­tion win­dow has a flu­o­rine coat­ing that helps re­pel dirt. The mod­els pro­vide in-body sta­bil­i­sa­tion or vi­bra­tion re­duc­tion at­test­ing up to five stops ef­fi­ciency with na­tive Nikon Z lenses and three stops with adapted Nikon F lenses.

T3 Says: There are also three new Nikkor Z lenses in­clud­ing the stan­dard zoom Nikkor Z 24-70mm f/4 S, wide-an­gle prime Nikkor Z 35mm f/1.8 S and stan­dard prime Nikkor Z 50mm f/1.8 S.
