Located in Uday Park, Masjid Moth, Delhi, the kitchen of Ahad Sons is full of the flavours of Kashmiri food, made by experienced vasta waazas (Kashmiri head chefs). This unusual restaurant only offers takeaway or home delivery. They plan and perfect each dish and meal, be it rista, goshtaba or tabak maaz. Every detail is given great importance; the meat for making the meatballs is pounded for three days just to get the perfect texture. With an experience of 35 years behind them, they are trying to preserve the spirit and the culinary arts of The Valley.
