Lo­cated in Uday Park, Masjid Moth, Delhi, the kitchen of Ahad Sons is full of the flavours of Kash­miri food, made by ex­pe­ri­enced vasta waazas (Kash­miri head chefs). This un­usual res­tau­rant only of­fers take­away or home de­liv­ery. They plan and per­fect each dish and meal, be it rista, goshtaba or tabak maaz. Ev­ery de­tail is given great im­por­tance; the meat for mak­ing the meat­balls is pounded for three days just to get the per­fect tex­ture. With an ex­pe­ri­ence of 35 years be­hind them, they are try­ing to pre­serve the spirit and the culi­nary arts of The Val­ley.
