Indian Accent, in New Friend’s Colony, New Delhi, has mastered the art of Indian fusion cuisine. Chef Manish Mehrotra’s exquisite menu is largely organic and seasonal. The dishes have the most interesting flavours. The so shell crab with flame roast coconut and tomato pickle chutney is my favourite. They also serve kulchas in multiple flavours, such as truffleflavoured wild mushroom, applewood-smoked bacon, hoisin duck, and roast pumpkin and cheddar, which become a full meal in themselves.
