In­dian Ac­cent, in New Friend’s Colony, New Delhi, has mas­tered the art of In­dian fu­sion cui­sine. Chef Manish Mehro­tra’s ex­quis­ite menu is largely or­ganic and sea­sonal. The dishes have the most in­ter­est­ing flavours. The so shell crab with flame roast co­conut and to­mato pickle chut­ney is my favourite. They also serve kulchas in mul­ti­ple flavours, such as truf­fle­flavoured wild mush­room, ap­ple­wood-smoked ba­con, hoisin duck, and roast pump­kin and ched­dar, which be­come a full meal in them­selves.
