GOGOI ACCUSES PM OF DOUBLE STANDARDS

Assam chief minister Tarun Gogoi here on Monday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of practising “double standard”.

Regretting that the Centre has decided to drop Assam from the Land Border Agreement, Mr Gogoi told mediapersons, “Mr Modi talks about cooperative federalism on every forum but our view was not taken by the Centre while deciding to drop Assam portion from the Land Border Agreement, likely to be tabled in Parliament soon for its ratification.”
