3 mild tremors shake Nepal

Kathmandu: Three mild tremors jolted Nepal Tuesday, a month after the devastatin­g earthquake ravaged the country killing nearly 9,000 people. A 4.3magnitude tremor was felt at 2.16 pm with its epicentre at Dolakha district. No damage was reported. Two 4.1 strong tremors were also felt in the same area Tuesday evening. On Monday, two tremors had struck the country. Altogether, 270 aftershock­s of 4 or above magnitude have occurred in Nepal after the devastatin­g earthquake of April 25, according to the national seismologi­cal centre here. —
