‘ Modi govt won’t get 5 birthdays’

-

Though stumbling initially, AICC vice- president Rahul Gandhi makes a point loud and clear to the BJP government, warning them that the poor farmers, the commonman and small businessmen in the country will not let the BJP government celebrate five birthdays if it continued the way it is functioning now.

Taking on Mr Narendra Modi, in a low pitched but well- prepared speech, Mr Gandhi said the “suit- boot” government is aiming to do the biggest corruption in the country by bringing in a modified land bill to benefit two or three corporates who are personally close to the PM.

“I wish the suit boot government a happy birthday... but unfortunately the celebration is only for friends of the government,” Mr Gandhi said.

Focusing mainly on the proposed modified land bill, Mr Gandhi said the youth and farmers in the country had been cheated.

“The biggest lie being told to the youth is that there are no jobs because there are no land for new projects. This is the biggest propaganda of the suitboot government to take away the land from the poor. The biggest corruption that the country is going to witness is that the land of the poor will be taken away without any records,” he said.
