Garfield to receive Golden Eye Award
Los Angeles: Actor Andrew Garfield will be honoured at this year’s Zurich Film Festival. The 34-year-old will receive the Golden Eye Award, a lifetime achievement honour at the 2017 film extravaganza. Garfield will present his upcoming film, Breathe at the fest, along with actor Andy Serkis, who makes his directorial debut with the real-life drama. “Following on from his masterful performances in Hacksaw Ridge and Silence, Andrew Garfield’s powerful and enthralling turn in Breathe reinforces him as one of the true stars of his generation.
