Next Apple Watch will track your dance steps

- AGE CORRESPONDENT

The whole point of owning a smart wearable is to track your daily activities and keep a detailed tab on your personal health. This is the reason that fitness trackers are increasingly selling well, apart from their cheaper price tags.

It now seems that Apple is interested in going a step further in tracking activities by including new activities that do have an effect on your health.

iHelp has discovered a host of new icons in the current iOS 11 beta. The report claims that these icons could possibly be used for Apple’s smart wearable once it rolls out. The leaked icons indicate the tracking of the following activities — dancing, curling, baseball, American football, skiing, and several others.

It is expected that these new activities could be a part of the upcoming Apple Watch 3 that would launch alongside the iPhone 8. Since this could be a major change on the software side, older Apple Watch users could also expect these to be part of their feature list.

However, take this with a pinch of salt as all of these are “expectations” till now.
