Minor girl claims sexual abuse by her father

A 17- year- old girl from Bihar alleged that her father has been sexually harassing her for many years now. The girl, who had gone to Safdarjung hospital in Delhi for a migraine treatment, narrated her ordeal to the doctor. The minor is a resident of Bihar and was visiting Delhi for her treatment. Her father is a farmer and her mother and sister live in Sheikhpura district in Bihar. According to information, the minor, during her recent medical appointment with the doctor, revealed that her father has been harassing her in her sleep for many years. She added that he beats her if she tries to resist his moves. She further claimed he has taken obscene pictures of her, which were allegedly misplaced while travelling from Bihar to Delhi. The victim said she has been getting migraine attacks since the incident first took place.
