KHAN, CM NAMED IN FIR

The Delhi police on Saturday named Aam Aadmi Party ( AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan and chief minister Arvind Kejriwal in an FIR for allegedly assaulting city BJP president Manoj Tiwari during the inauguration of the Signature Bridge in the national capital.

According to reports, the the Crime Branch of Delhi police has registered FIR under IPC’s Section 6 ( 32) ( assault), 506 ( threatening to kill), 308 ( injuries), 120B ( criminal conspiracy), 341 ( pausing) and 34 ( common intension).

The investigation team will soon question Amanatullah Khan in this regard, sources added. Several AAP volunteers had registered an FIR against BJP workers and MP Manoj Tiwari in this regard.
