Ashna Singh, director of Studio Art, hosted the preview of Pakistani artist Khalil Chishtee’s first solo show in India titled Between The Lines at the Visual Arts Gallery, India Habitat Centre in the capital on Sunday. The event showcased 10 metal works with Urdu Calligraphy reflecting on the social- political divide between the two countries. The artworks were shown through a preview where the gallery was almost full throughout the evening. Artists like G R Iranna , Pratul Dash, Gigi Scaria , Ravi Agarwal, Shobha Broota, Kanchan Chander, lighting designer Preeti Singh, and industrialist Harmit Chawla were among the few who were present at the event.
