Fashioning inclusion
The recently held annual fashion show, hosted by Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) along with non-profit organisation Tamana is a classic instance of how people from all paths of life can be a part of the glam world. The ravishing show — ‘My India. My Pride’, saw vibrant collections from eminent designers namely Amit Aggarwal, Anju Modi, Nitin Bal Chauhan, Payal Jain, Reynu Taandon and Samant Chauhan. The slihoutte truly represented the pride through the attires. The colour coordination, grace and music complemented the attires and the ambience. However, the spotlight remained on the smiling faces of those kids from Tamana who walked the ramp waving their hands and enjoying each and every moment of the walk. As the designers themselves walked the ramp with these speciallyabled, the enthralled audience gasped in awe, admiration and respect.
