Maryam wants her passport back
Islamabad: Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) vice-president Maryam Nawaz has asked her lawyers to file a miscellaneous application in the Lahore high court to retrieve her passport. After her name was removed from the Exit Control List, the lawyers are trying to regain her passport from the Lahore high court. Maryam Nawaz submitted her passport on the court’s order after she was granted bail in the Chaudhry Sugar Mills case. Lawyers will use the legal procedure to withdraw her passport from the court. Earlier, Maryam Nawaz also said during the accountability court hearing that Mr Sharif’s condition was invalid and he needed to go abroad for treatment and at that time he was most needed.
