Josh set to join Tyson Fury in Manchester

-

Tyson Fury will be able to call on some serious back-up this Friday at WWE’s SmackDown if needed — none other than world champion Josh Warrington, reports The Sun.

The Gypsy King, 31, raised eyebrows last month when it was announced he would be swapping the boxing ring for the squared-circle to battle 27st Braun Strowman. The lineal heavyweight champ defeated the “Monster Among Men” at WWE’s Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia last week. And he continued his undefeated record by defeating his huge opponent via count-out after KO-ing Strowman with a right hand. But his celebration was short-lived, as the former tag-team title holder recovered and hit Fury with a power slam before departing backstage. The two men could potentially clash again when WWE hits Manchester on Friday to film SmackDown after the company confirmed Fury would be in attendance.
