SQUASH AND BLUEBERRIES ON CHARCOAL BAGUETTE

PROCEDURE
● First cut the squash in small cubes and then roast it nicely in the oven.
● Take a pan, pour some olive oil, garlic and add some chopped spinach. Sauté it and then add roasted squash season with fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
● Cut the charcoal baguette into five little thick slices, apply garlic herb butter and toast it in the oven.
● Once it gets toasted put blueberry and mixture of squash and spinach and serve hot.
PROCEDURE
● Cut Rawas fish fillet into medium cubes and marinate it with garlic chili flakes, salt, pepper and some fresh herbs.
● Make the tempura batter and dip the marinated fish pieces and deep fry it until it gets a nice golden color.
● Take a pan and toss the deep fried fish pieces with spicy ajillo sauce and garnish with Zereshk Berries from Iran.

PROCEDURE
● Take jumbo size prawns, marinate it with fresh herbs, olive oil, chili flakes and some garlic
● Wrap the prawns with chicken bacon and grill it till you get the perfect color, but make sure that prawns are not over cooked
● Take a pan, add some olive oil, garlic, chili flakes and sauté it. Add cream and some strawberry fruit filling. We recommend strawberry cream sauce.
● Place the bacon wrapped prawns on plate and then pour the strawberry cream sauce and garnish with micro greens
