Moscow welcomes

New Delhi: A day after India’s Drugs Controller General of India granted permission for “restricted use in emergency situations” in India to the Russian Sputnik-V vaccine, Moscow welcomed the move, with Russian deputy chief of mission in India Roman Babushkin on Wednesday saying it would “open up a new dimension” in the special strategic partnership between the two countries and support vaccination efforts in India.
