While asserting that “Personally, I think we need to be flexible with dates since unforeseen situations could arise while making a film,” she however, says she’s not qualified to talk of the hard bargaining by casting agencies in Mumbai. “I haven’t worked with agencies so I don’t know how they operate and incorporate tough clauses,” she reveals. “In fact, I didn’t find any big difference between Bollywood and Tollywood agreements while working for my Hindi web series Family Man,” she stresses, while declining to comment on the contractual demands made by some B-Town actresses.
