SUDDEN TRAGEDY

IT WAS SADDENING to hear about CPI(M) general secretary Sitaram Yechury’s 34-year-old son, Ashish Yechury’s death due to Covid-19. Yechury thanked all those who treated him over the past two weeks including doctors, nurses and frontline health workers as well as the others who stood by the family. Ashish will be missed by his journalist colleagues.
